"Not happy with non-working product and no replies frrom suppot"
Program started working during trial period. Bought it. MS dis an update and the program stopped working. Attempted to get support, 2nd download, same problem, requests for dumps, e-mailed, no answer. Non-working version for months and now no reply from support. Just received an e-mail for their new version, discounted. My last version has not worked for many months and support does not answer and the only communication is buy the new version? Buyer beware, if support does not answer, kiss your money goodbye. I have asked for a refund, no answer there either. Free new version. No answer. When it worked, I loved the idea. Now that I own a boat anchor, do not buy this product. IT consultant for 30+ years, 1/3 of which to the Fortune 10, not a novice. No support equals worthless company. If you do not rate it a 1, it will not rate, so I gave it a 1 on all not working areas.
- The trail software worked until MS did a Windows update.
- Boat anchor. Has not worked for months. We are talking, start the program and appcrash. Zero. Zip. Support failed.
